I don’t think I said anything about “maiming” or “raping” Iraqi’s and I definitely didn’t say anything about kids."

Of course you didn't. However, you must realize that this is what immunity from prosecution means. No crime, however big or small is off the table. It's a moral blank check that they are free to cash at their leisure and indeed - they do. The recent case with Blackwater proves that contractors can and will abuse their immunity powers.

What I found most hypocritical was that you seemed to have had no qualms with Blackwater; and indeed you supported them. However, when a bona fide white American girl fell victim you cried foul. Hence you must realize that you claims of seeing no color or race sound a bit.. disingenuous.

I don't think I said anything about "maiming" or "raping" Iraqi's and I definitely didn't say anything about kids.

What I meant was that I have no problem with contractors having immunity when they have to use deadly force while performing their mission.

Secondly, I don't think I mentioned Ms. Jones's color at all. Raping a co-worker (or anyone else for that matter) is totally repugnant regardless of the victims skin color.

What I find interesting about you left-wingers, is that you seem to only have compassion for foreigners.

If this story had been about KBR contractors gang-raping an Iraqi girl, it would be wall to wall coverage. There would be staged gang-rapes on the steps of the capital and other such "hippie" bullshit.

Since it was an American girl, the left assumes the bitch probably had it coming for being apart of the "imperialist war machine."

That's why it's so funny when "progressives" pretend to be so compassionate, when in reality they're the most hateful among us.

About a year.

Now, this was just reading: not studying. I barely remember Deuteronomy, and there were some parts of Psalms that got little more than a skim, but all in all I made it through.

Whatever you do, don't try to read it nightly before bed. That's a recipe for failure :).

Puzzling indeed. Well then, I think we should put you under the glass, extensive empirical studies commencing in 3...2...1...

On a serious note. How long did it take you from cover to cover? I remember trying that feat when I was a teenager. I initially strted about 3-4 times unsuccessfully, making it no further than Psalms I believe.

I have. From cover to cover, even.

You can draw whatever conclusions you like from that fact. :)

The best thing about today so far was our lunch-time trip to Chick-fil-a (aka, Jesus Chicken). My co-worker goes up and orders a chicken club value meal.

Total: $6.66

I yelled "The Lunch of the Beast!" but no one seemed to appreciate it.
